Book Review: The Battle of the Labyrinth by Rick Riordan

The Battle of the Labyrinthis the fourth book of Percy Jackson's adventures. Percy and his half-mortal friends enter Daedelus's Labyrinth seeking a way to prevent an old school mate from resurrecting the Titan Kronos and bringing down the reign of the gods.

I love this series mixing ancient Greek/Roman mythology with modern day. The story follows Percy Jackson, son of the sea god Poseidon and his mortal mother, as he fights monsters and even fellow Camp Half-Blood members who seek for power and revenge. They are always filled with adventure, humor, and excitement. And I totally can't wait for the next book.

RATINGS:
s-factor: none

(I think most of the "cursing" involves ancient languages and monsters).

mrg-factor: none

v-factor: ->
Fighting monsters and other mythological creatures. It does require some swordplay.

Overall rating: ****
